EVALUATION SCHEDULE!
Remember, everyone must attend ONE
basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will take place at the First Baptist Church of
Mountain Home gym. The evaluation and orientation
process takes about 20 minutes, depending on the crowd

- Cost per child: $65.00
- Deadline: December 2, 2011
- Shorts are included in cost

- Turtlenecks are optional at cost of $13
